Pachi Lombilla
Managing Director, Argentina & Uruguay

Patricio “Pachi” Lombilla

Patricio “Pachi” Lombilla is managing director for Argentina and Uruguay for Agrinzonis Management Group. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) with a strong background in finance and accounting having worked in auditing and financial administration management for over 20 years. He began his career in player representation in the early 2000s facilitated by his brother, Marcelo Lombilla, who is also a successful player agent based in Argentina.

Over the course of his 15+ years in player representation and management, Pachi has represented some of the top soccer players in the world, performing at the highest levels of both domestic and international competitions with teams such as Real Madrid, Valencia CF (La Liga); Newcastle United, West Ham United (Premier League); Roma, AC Milan, Inter Milan (Serie A); Boca Juniors, River Plate, Vélez Sarsfield (Superliga Argentina) and the Argentina national team, to name but a few. In the past he has worked with Kily González, Fabricio Coloccini, Fernando Gago and Mateo Musacchio. He currently counts top Argentine midfielder Manuel Lanzini, who plays for West Ham United, as one of his clients.

As his experience representing players has grown, he has come to view issues outside the field of play as key to determining the long-term success of a client. Because of this, he puts a lot of emphasis on helping players make good decisions by supporting their management of financial and lifestyle issues. Some of the areas on which Pachi focuses include wealth management (investment, taxes, accounts), immigration, family issues, personal habits (nutrition, sleep), and community integration (meeting people, learning the language, volunteering).

He has a particular passion for helping young players from diverse backgrounds successfully integrate into new club environments and communities around the world that are often radically different from those in which they grew up. Getting these aspects right are of utmost importance in ensuring that a player feels comfortable and connected so that he can focus on his performance on the field without distractions.

Pachi has a degree in accounting and economic sciences from the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
